What are the delivery times?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days(Monday- Friday) following payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes between 5-10 days (Monday-Friday), depending on your location. A confirmation email containing your tracking details will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched.
Is shipping free?
Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Simply use the link provided to monitor your parcel’s progress all the way to your door.
What is your return policy?
You may return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags still attached. A £5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Yes, exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
